Carlos Meda is the founder and owner of Noche de Mariachi in the Austin area. Meda is a graduate of Travis High School in Austin, and a Marine and former member of the Army National Guard Band at Camp Mabry Austin since 2005.  He is currently the manager of Mariachi Clasico.

Carlos first began NDM in 2008 & 2009 at the Paramount Theater on Congress Ave.  He has worked as a performer, stage manager and Master of Ceremony. However, due to deployment and military service, the event did not return until  2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 , 2022 and now 2023. 

His passion is to continue sharing Mariachi music in the central Texas area. The vision is to create a fun and fiesta themed atmosphere while helping promote local Mariachis. Additional events throughout the year are in the works, be on the look out.
